Is your heart calling for deep rest and healing?
Join us for a soul-nourishing journey in southern Italy — a week of movement, stillness, nature, and inner renewal, held by ancient olive trees and the turquoise waters of the Adriatic coast.
Relax your mind as you transform your body and heal your soul.
Immerse yourself in seven unforgettable days in Italy, designed for a small, intimate group of only 8 participants — a nurturing space where every individual receives genuine presence, guidance, and support.
With a thoughtfully curated schedule, you’ll experience a harmonious blend of yoga, mindfulness, and self-care, while still having plenty of space for rest, introspection, and integration.
Each yoga session is tailored to the unique needs of every practitioner, combining mindful movement, breath, and awareness to restore balance and awaken vitality. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll be guided with deep care and intention.
Delve into the art of mindfulness with daily meditations and breathwork designed to calm the mind, release stress, and awaken presence. Through diverse therapeutic tools, we’ll gently explore the process of letting go of stored emotions and healing past experiences or trauma, allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self.
Experience the transformative potential of your own breath, unlocking altered states of consciousness and releasing emotional or mental blocks that may have been holding you back from your full potential.
The journey deepens with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Session, where the rich essence of cacao blends with the ancient vibrations of Tibetan bowls and the soothing rhythms of the Handpan — guiding you into profound relaxation, release, and renewal.
This is more than a retreat — it’s an intimate sanctuary for healing, transformation, and self-connection, where every detail is crafted to help you return to your natural state of balance, clarity, and inner peace.
We put our entire heart into curating our retreats.
And joining one of them may end up being one of the best experiences of your life!
But don't just take our word for it. Read some of the beautiful, heartwarming reviews from those who joined before you.
